Type 304 generally refers to "18-8"(18% chromium, 8% nickel) most of the basic stainless steel alloy, very suitable for mesh. It can be exposed to the outdoors and will not rust or oxidize when the outside temperature rises to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit.

The 304L is very similar to the T-304, but the difference is that the carbon content is reduced and it is more conducive to weaving and rewelding.

The 304L is very similar to the T-304, but the difference is that the carbon content is reduced and it is more conducive to weaving and rewelding.

Type 316 can be stabilized by adding 2% molybdenum, and T-316 is an "18-8" alloy. It is less susceptible to corrosion in brine, sulfurous water or halide salts than other chrome-nickel stainless steels. Chloride, for example, is an obvious example. The most valuable feature of the T-316 is that it has a stronger creep resistance at rising temperatures. Other mechanical and structural characteristics are the same as T-304.

The 316L is very similar to the T-316, but the difference is that the carbon content is reduced and it is more conducive to weaving and rewelding.

Performance: acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, tension and wear resistance.

Uses: Stainless steel wire mesh and stainless steel cloth are widely used in acid and alkali environmental conditions for screening and filtration, petroleum industry for mud mesh, chemical fiber industry for screening mesh, environmental protection, mining, aviation field, paper industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating industry for pickling mesh and so on.
